McAllen Business Expo 2008
On Thursday, May 8th, 2008 the McAllen Chamber of Commerce hosted Business Expo 2008 at the Convention Center.
Over 150 exhibitors were present to showcase, advertise, and sell the latest and greatest in products and services to more than 3000 attendees. Exhibitors and attendees also enjoyed the opportunity to grow their ventures thru Business to Business networking opportunities as well as Business to Consumer exposure. The event also included free business seminars throughout the afternoon, providing attendees with professional advice on how to grow their business.
Additional attractions included a multiplicity of door prizes, a hotly contested silent auction, as well as a relaxing and enjoyable After Hour Business Mixer during which exhibitors and attendees enjoyed live music, a splendid variety free food, and plenty of ice-cold free beer.
